Clerk/Treasurer

Duties

The Clerk/Treasurer is chosen by the electors of Churchill County for a four year term. The mission of the Clerk/Treasurer's office is as follows:

  • To administer the official duties of the office as are prescribed by law and the Nevada Revised Statutes
  • To collect, manage and disburse public funds
  • To insure that the election process is organized and conducted in accordance with the election laws
