The Dry Gulch Building is located at the 3C Event Complex off Sheckler Road. The building can be used for recreation programs, meetings, trainings, dinners, weddings, birthday parties, dances, and much more. 

The building is 95 feet long X 35 feet wide; ceilings are 9 feet 10 inches tall. There are 250 seats in the building, but can hold up to 400 people if standing. There is an inner room in the building that is 9'9" x 14'9" feet wide. A patio is attached to the Dry Gulch that is 63 feet x 48 feet. There are no bathrooms inside the building: one single-use restroom is located on the west side of the building and additional restrooms are on the south side of the concessions stand next to the Dry Gulch Building. The concession stand can also be used as a kitchen for the Dry Gulch for an additional fee.
